IT Assessment

The primary purpose of an IT Assessment is to inventory and assess the current IT environment including workstations, network and facilities.  Specifically the assessment products include:

• A summary of the general health of the IT environment.
• A description of possible solutions to the problems as reported by employees through interviews.
• An inventory of hardware and software located at the Sugar Grove Offices.
• A detailed list of recommended changes to establish a preventive maintenance agreement.

The scope of the assessment includes all hardware and software, laptop computers and network devices and services at the time of the Assessment. The IT Assessment culminates in a documented deliverable that presents key issues, the root causes derived from the inventory and interviews, recommendations and benefits expected from implementing the recommendations. Upon request, a report of findings is available that contains a summary of :

• Server, Computer and Network Health
• Backup and Disaster Recover Practices
• Business Appication Usage and Licensing
