Annual Services Review

ArgusBCS will review all services provided to your company over the past year, and make recommendations to adjust our service arrangement that best meets your needs.

For example, if your computers are primarily covered by our Basic PC Management plan and many people are getting (and need assistance with) handheld devices, a recommendation to upgrade to the Professional PC Management level may actually save money over the next year. Because the Professional PC Management plan includes all support for handheld devices, there will be fewer a la carte and hourly charges from individuals calling for assistance with setting up and using Windows Mobile, iPhone or Blackberry smartphones.
