Temporary Spare PC

On occasion, a problem on a computer cannot be resolved quickly and that computer will be unavailable for an extended period of time while a resolution is either researched or applied.

If we determine that resolving a desktop computer issue is going to result in downtime in excess of two hours, and that an employee's productivity will be directly and negatively impacted by the availability of the computer, ArgusBCS will provide a suitable temporary replacement computer.

ArgusBCS will:

• Configure the temporary computer to work in your network,
• Install and apply all critical Line of Business applications, and
• Arrange for the delivery of the temporary computer and pickup of the problem computer
• Perform all corrective action to resolve the problem at the ArgusBCS office
• Arrange for the delivery of the corrected computer and pickup of the temporary computer

For Professional PC Management plans, Temporary Spare PC is available for no additional charge, and is subject to availability of temporary machines. For all other plans, this service is available at a rental rate of $25/ day.
